HR Acuity is pleased to announce the launch of the 2018 Employee Relations Benchmark Study to identify and define best practices in relation to employee relations management. Now in its third year, this Study has been recognized as the definitive resource for employee relations, that captures employee relations metrics and best practices to enable medium and enterprise organizations to see ER trends and compare their own results with other similarly situated organizations.
Special #MeToo Section: This year we have included a Special Section to identify changes that have been made or are planned to improve the workplace in the post-#MeToo environment.
Since 2008, HR Acuity has been surveying organization to understand employee relations practices and processes. Introduced in 2016, the Employee Relations Benchmark Study is the only one of its kind to gather information from employee relations leaders at organizations with more than 1,000 employees from a wide range of industry sectors. This year’s Study will collect and analyze practices related to:
- Organizational models
- Staffing requirements and ratios
- Case management processes
- Breakdown and scope of responsibilities
- Issues types, volumes and trends
- Metrics & Analytics
- Global Practices
- Special Section: #MeToo
Participants will gain complimentary access to the Study results PLUS industry- and size-specific breakdowns of the aggregated data.
According to DEB Muller, CEO and Founder of HR Acuity, "The reaction to our Study has been overwhelming. It is quickly become the go-to data for organizations looking to become more proactive in how they manage employee relations. In today’s #MeToo environment this is no longer just an 'HR issue' but an area that is a point of focus for the entire C-suite.”
