A Year After the #MeToo Movement,
Discussion with Ally Coll, Founder of the Purple Campaign

It’s nearly a year and a half since the groundbreaking #MeToo movement changed the global conversation on sexual harassment. Courageous women broke the silence by sharing their experiences, exposing a systemic problem that exists across every industry.

So what has changed since October 2017? As just a start:

  • More than 12 million women have shared their experiences.
  • More than 40 powerful industry leaders have left their jobs.
  • Businesses and consumers alike are demanding cultural change.

Join Ally Coll, President & Co-Founder of the Purple Campaignas she joins our CEO Deb Muller for a live webinar discussion of the developments, how they’ve changed the corporate world and what they mean to your business.

The Purple Campaign is a non-profit whose mission is to end workplace sexual harassment by implementing stronger corporate policies, establishing better laws and empowering people to create lasting change within their own workplaces and communities.  Its partners include Lyft, Amazon, Uber, Spotify, PWC and many other major enterprises committed to the cause.

Last fall, the Purple Campaign and Harvard Law School Executive Education convened global leaders from more than 30 companies and 20 legal and policy organizations for a sexual harassment policy workshop.

In this session, Ally will review the key findings, including:

  • Where workplace harassment flourishes
  • Why harassment is more than just an HR Issue
  • What practices work to eradicate misconduct – and what you can implement now

Ally Coll is a graduate of Harvard Law School with experience at the intersection of law, policy and politics. We are privileged to welcome her.
