HR Acuity®, a leading provider of employee relations and workplace investigation solutions, has launched the 2017 Employee Relations Benchmark Study, to identify and define “best practices” in relation to employee relations management. As a follow-up to last year’s groundbreaking Study, the questionnaire captures a unique set of employee relations metrics and best practices to enable medium and enterprise organizations to compare their own results with other similarly situated organizations. While primarily focused on best practices within the US, this year’s study has an expanded section on global practices.

Deborah Muller, Founder and CEO of HR Acuity said:

“The extremely positive response to last year’s Study further validated the need for this type of information by organizations across the globe. There is a definite trend of businesses becoming more proactive in how they manage employee relations and this data is critical in helping them to progress their processes.”

“Since 2008, HR Acuity has been surveying organization to understand employee relations practices and processes.
